Interesting that there are no blogs from francophone countries on here. I noticed the same thing on a recent link I came across for "best blogs for learning about Africa." If Africa = Anglophone countries, I suppose this is accurate.

Hi Ethan,

Thank you and your Afrigator team. That must have been lots and lots of work vetting and just researching all that. We are flattered!! Yes, the owner of Ladybrille is Uduak Oduok, yours truly writing this note. I am indeed of Nigerian heritage and based in California, USA.

Justin you mention an affiliation by country is done by the blogger when they sign up. I will check it out if I can remember the password etc. I signed up for Afrigator a long long time ago when I was so not internet savvy, at all!

Thank you. Again, we are honored and myself and my team work quite hard so it is great to see people are reading and paying attention.

Cheers,

Hi ladie1

We do not determine the country of origin when a blogger signs up - this is up to the blogger to chose when joining Afrigator. The ranking of Ladybrille has little to do with the country of origin and more to do with traffic and links from other blogs.

This is how we formulated the list. I hope this clarifies things for you?
