Cool new changes to Afrigator home page
We’ve made a few changes to Afrigator home page and we really hope you like them 
The previous version of Afrigator has a lot of information to convey and as a result it was very text heavy as we tried to convey as much of the information as possible to you.
One of the things that Stii does well is build really cool, smart tools that help us identify what is hot on Afrigator, but what we found was that there was always something that we wanted to display on the homepage that the algorithm wasn’t picking up. The new Afrigator home page displays a featured topic with an image related to the topic. The difference now is that the topics are selected by the Afrigator Team, which means that you’ll always have relevant, topical content on the home page.
The topics will be changed throughout the course of the day as we keep up with what’s happening in the world so that you can see what African bloggers have to say about it. The frequency of the changes will differ from day to day, but we’ll try and feature at least three stories a day on the home page.
